Early electric regulating instrument made of nickel plated brass with gutta percha, early hard rubber vulcanite. Medical surgical instrument used t control current for diagnostic illuminating instruments. Excellent original condition, working. No damage of any kind , no cracks, chips, dents, scratches, stains.
