Ideal 1903 Teddy Bear
by Hermann-Coburg #1317/1500
Smithsonian's 100th Anniversary Celebration of their 1903 Teddy Bear
designed by Morris Mitchum/Ideal for Teddy Roosevelt.
In 2003 Hermann-Coburg was commissioned to create a
Limited Edition version of 1,500 bears.
Includes all original tags and ribbon.
Metal, Limited Edition number 1317 tag on his right foot.
Hermann/Coburg original logo neck tag and back of head triangular
metal button and white label sewn into the back of his arm.
He is 26" tall, fully jointed, excelsior stuffed with gold mohair and a hump back.
Black shoe button eyes and horizontally stitched black nose and mouth.
Paw pads are felt.
Comes from a smoke-free, pet-free home.
